The Professional Development Program (PDP) offers deep strategy and leadership development for a select global community of peers. Held the weekend prior to CERAWeek, it consists of a two-day intensive series of lectures, case studies and interactive discussions with senior industry executives, S&P Global experts and a global community of peers.


Limited to 60 members, PDP participants receive case studies in advance, and work through a curated series of topics prior to CERAWeek before joining with the larger Future Energy Leaders group for further exclusive networking opportunities.

Led by Harvard Business School Professor Forest Reinhardt, participants engage in a series of deep-dive case studies and lectures designed to build leadership skills and strategic thinking. The PDP at CERAWeek is the perfect complement to the CERAWeek experience.
